These gilt-free Maca bliss balls are remarkably easy snacks to make and will naturally sweeten your day while providing nutrient-dense source of amino acids and minerals.
This is what you need
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pitted dates
1 tbsp Maca Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp water (or more if needed)
Under this is how you do it
Mix the vanilla extract and dry ingredients all together in a food processor and combined well. Once the mixture starts to become sticky, add the water. You don’t want the mixture too dry so feel free to add more water if needed.
Roll into small-medium balls, place on a tray keeping them apart from each other and store in the fridge for 15 minutes or more. Once firm, I place them in a airtight container in the fridge or a large mason jar on the kitchen bench.
Serves: Approx. 10 depending on size
