Shipping and Returns


If you are in Australia and New Zealand you are in luck we use TNT, Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fedex. 

If you outside the land down under - we can ship to virtually any address in the world... so if you are just about to head off on a hike along the Great Wall of China don't stress we can get you your urgent fix. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Just make sure you notice that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. You can find the weight of any item on its detail page. 


We pride ourself on our quality control systems to ensure will only provide the best quality products. We have tasted a mountain of Sacha Inchi now and have implemented a bible of processes to ensure you get the best of the best. 

If you receive an item from us that is not as described or not to your liking please contact us with 24 hours of receiving your order. In accordance with the Fair Trade Act - items that are not as described we will issue you a full refund or a replacement. All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

As all of our products are food and can’t be re-sold (that would be gross) - we do not offer a refund on change of mind or incorrect ordering. We still would like to hear from you so drop us a line to see what we can do. 

If we have made a bad on shipping and we sent the wrong products out to you - let us know and we will make sure to make this right as soon as possible.
